Women Can Do Conference
We’re excited to join Women Can Do on Thursday, October 9, 2025—a one-day trades and STEM career exploration conference designed for high school girls* across Vermont. At our booth, students will step into the world of aviation through hands-on activities that mirror real industry skills, from fabrication to learning what it takes to build and fly an airplane.
Our mission is simple: to show young women and gender-expansive youth that they belong in aviation. Whether as builders, maintainers, or pilots, we’re opening doors to career pathways where women have historically been underrepresented. Together, we’re building more than airplanes.
*Vermont Works for Women welcomes all who identify as girls, as well as non-binary and gender expansive youth who feel comfortable in a girl-centered space.

Habitat for Aviation Visits the VT Statehouse
The Habitat for Aviation Women Build Planes team will visit our Vermont State Capitol in Montpelier to gain insight into the workings of government and share our passion for aviation.
