Join Habitat for Aviation at the Workforce in Motion Summit '26 on Tuesday, September 29 at the Champlain Valley Exposition. This event connects students, educators, employers, and the public to explore careers in the skilled trades through hands-on activities, career exhibits, and industry demonstrations. Habitat for Aviation will be tabling the event to introduce students to the many rewarding careers available in aviation beyond the cockpit, including aircraft maintenance, avionics, manufacturing, and emerging aviation technologies. Stop by our table to learn about apprenticeship opportunities, hands-on training, and how the next generation can build a career in aviation.

Event Schedule

• 9:30 a.m. | Expo North – Welcome ceremony and scholarship presentations (Grades 6–12)

• 10:00 a.m. | Expo South – Equipment Rodeo, Passport Challenge, and picnic lunch for students

• 12:00–3:30 p.m. | Expo North – Career Fair & Open Exploration (open to the public)
